Accessibility

How do I purchase an ADA ticket?

You can purchase an ADA ticket on any ticketing page for our events by selecting the Accessible Seating ticket type. There is no need to call in or do anything extra to take advantage of accessible seating at Forest Hills Stadium. You may also purchase ADA tickets at our Box Office on the day of show, pending availability.

Can I buy additional ADA tickets so companions can be seated with me?

Yes. A maximum of three adjacent companion seat(s) may be purchased for each wheelchair accessible seat purchased.

The purchase of tickets for accessible seats is restricted to persons who have (or are purchasing tickets for someone who has) a mobility disability or a disability that requires the use of accessible features that are provided in the accessible seating locations.

Where are your accessible/limited mobility areas?

Please check the seating map for your show to see whether the event is Floor Seated or General Admission (GA).

For a General Admission Floor, accessible seating is offered on the platform in front of Sections 201 and 301. Additionally, a section for wheelchair guests will be set in close proximity to the stage for ease of viewing. While provided, it is not required for wheelchair users to remain there. Ask any usher for directions.

For a Seated Floor, accessible seating is available in the first row in Section 1 and Section 3, as well as Sections 4 through 11. Accessible seating is also available on the platform in front of Sections 201 and 301.

All guests in the ADA sections must remain seated throughout the duration of the event to ensure a safe and equitable experience.

How far are seats from the venue entrance?

The walk from the street to the stadium entrance, as well as to seats, takes a little time. If you would like assistance, please reach out in advance to hospitality@foresthillsstadium.com or speak to a staff member on site.

Do you have accessible restrooms?

Yes we do! Please visit the main restrooms on the Venue Concourse or the accessible portable units located at Portals 1-3.

I am a wheelchair user and obtained non-accessible tickets. Can I use them?

Yes. Upon entering the stadium you may visit our Guest Services booth and request accessible seating. We will do our best to accommodate.
