As a Forest Hills Stadium Ticket Buyer, your account has already been created for you. For security purposes, you will need to set your own password and security questions.
SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT PASSWORD
- Go to the Flash Seats home page.
- Click LOG IN at the top of the page.
- Click FORGOT PASSWORD. Then type in the email address on your account and click SUBMIT.
- Follow the reset password instructions, set up your security questions and review and accept the Flash Seats terms and conditions.
SET UP YOUR PREFERRED METHOD FOR SHOW ENTRY
TO SET UP YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ID FOR EVENT ENTRY:
- On the toolbar click ACCOUNT, then Click IDENTIFICATION.
- Select "Credit Card" and click ADD NEW ID.
- Complete the corresponding identification fields and click ‘ADD’.
- Repeat the steps to add additional credit cards or IDs.
TO SET UP YOUR SMART PHONE FOR EVENT ENTRY:
- Go to the Android or Apple App Store on your phone and download the Flash Seats App.
- Once the download is complete, open the Flash Seats App on your phone, and enter your email address and password.
- If you have not yet set up your password, Click FORGOT PASSWORD, enter your email address and follow the reset password instructions.
- Now that you're logged into the app, your mobile phone will automatically sync with your online account. Simply open the app at the Arena Entry doors and the Usher will scan your phone for admission to the show.
